Team members hone their skills in creative ways & build their own dream positions in a positive and meaningful learning environment, with freedom to express ideas and lead projects to develop valuable results.

No degree requirement. Must be educated, professional, innovative, optimistic, intelligent, and excited for the opportunity to craft your position into a permanent, higher-paid leadership role with Quirky Pickle. Looking for brand loyalty and a strong work ethic.

Retired educators, current college students, parents, and anyone with a seriously entrepreneurial spirit and motivated drive to succeed has the ability to contribute to the mission of Quirky Pickle, which is to promote and enhance literacy and communication skills for people of all ages, sparked by the fun and benefits of stickers, stationery, and penpals.

WHICH POSITION APPEALS TO YOUR PASSION?

  • Director of Social Content & Lead Pal Support

    • Responsible for all social media & penpal groups, creating original & engaging content

    • Sticker Pals and ClassPals Support

  • Director of Curriculum Development

    • PK-12 & Adult Learners.Literacy, language, grammar, and communication

    • Online course and member material development​

  • Director of Education Outreach

    • ClassPals Lead Coordinator & Sticker Pals Support

    • Contact for all school and curriculum outreach needs

    • ​Provides support to all departments, as needed

  • Director of Marketing, PR, and Media Design

    • Responsible for unique marketing ideas & campaigns, including videos & photographs, & designing graphics for all departmental needs, ​

  • Director of Sales

    • Lead position to assist in attracting more customers and develop sales program with several unique methods of operation​

  • Director of Product Development & Strategy

    • Works with customer product, media, marketing, and website design to develop and implement new product offerings and member packet composition​

  • Director of Multilingual Content

    • Works with curriculum development, marketing, and product development, to create more language-rich and translated versions or offerings
