Jennifer Partin is the founder and executive director of the Quirky Pickle Education Foundation, a Charleston, South Carolina–based nonprofit dedicated to literacy for learners of all ages. Through free books, writing materials, and hands-on programs, the foundation promotes reading and writing as analog, human-centered practices.
She holds a B.P.S. in Applied Communication from the College of Charleston, where she graduated summa cum laude and was inducted into the Phi Kappa Phi and Alpha Sigma Lambda honor societies. She is currently beginning graduate study toward a Master of Education in Literacy.
Jennifer designs her courses on the simple belief that consistent, unhurried time with pencil and paper is one of the most effective ways to build a writing practice. Journal Prompts for Writers is her structured, accessible starting point for adults ready to make writing a daily habit.
